Dating back to the mid 1800s it was one of the first schoolhouses in the area, today it is filled with all the modern luxuries one would need. French culture is only a 10 min drive away; Vermont culture is abound with maple syrup and warm locals.

Situé en plein coeur des Cantons de l'est, juste à l'extérieur de la ville de Lac Brome (Knowlton). La propriété dispose d'un superbe lac privé avec quai, kayaks, paddleboard et un radeau/ilôt flottant au milieu. Des sentiers entourent le lac, idéal pour ski de fond, raquette, hiking.

Equipé d'une cuisine complète, d'un poêle a bois et d'une thermopompe vous serez dans le confort peu importe la metéo. L'eau provient d'un puit artesien et est potable.
