This building has been built in XVIII century and overlook the Vieux Port. With its three bedrooms and two bathrooms it allow six people to enjoy very comfortably their stay in la Rochelle. Its exceptional situation made it very convenient for going out to a bar or restaurants very near by or to cook products you have bought a the fresh market (open daily). No need for a car to visit and enjoy La Rochelle from this place.

New, modern studio, aptly named 'Le Sans Soucis', with a wooden terrace. Countryside view with deckchair, garden table and barbecue. Fully equipped kitchenette (coffee machine, Tassimo machine, kettle, toaster, induction hob, fridge, raclette set for two), bathroom with shower. A double bed, a beige BZ sofa bed, Quiet little village, located 10 min from the beaches by car. No Wi-Fi. Getting online was very complicated.
