The spacious and well-laid-out house has three bedrooms on the ground floor, equipped with ceiling fans, and an air-conditioned master suite on the first floor, with a bathroom and WC.

Its large awning offers the possibility of living outside sheltered from the sun and wind (mistral). Close to the historic center, local market and shops (walking distance), it is perfectly equipped for remote work (high-speed fiber)

"Les Bartavelles" Gîte

Located in the Saint-Didier oak grove and on the same property as our house, come and stay in a fully air-conditioned, self-contained and brand-new 70 m² gîte. Enjoy a beautiful outdoor area, shaded by large oak trees, and let yourself be lulled by the songs of the cicadas in a very peaceful neighbourhood. Pets are not allowed to stay in our gîte.
