Townhouse on large wooded plot

Entire house, adjoining mine where I live alone with a child, on a fenced and wooded plot of 6000 m2 crossed by a stream. Quietly located in the countryside and a 10-minute walk to the city center of Brionne (all shops and market twice a week) and the train station. Great walks, GR, forests are accessible on foot, and greenways for bicycles nearby (possibility of making bicycles available). Fresh eggs and vegetables from the garden are regularly available.

Located in the heart of the charming historic village of Bec Hellouin and less than 100 meters from its abbey, this small 27 m2 apartment is nestled under the roofs of a typical house in the region. Completely refurbished, the Loft is located on the upper floor of a building formerly used to store wood. The ground floor is uninhabited except by swallows and lemon trees that stay warm in winter! It should be noted that the Loft is in the immediate vicinity of the owner's house which is located on the same property.
