We offer four bedrooms and spacious living rooms in the heart of one of the most beautiful sites in the Andelle Valley. Crossed by the river and a small pond, in the heart of a vast and well-kept garden, offering varied and colorful scenery in all seasons, La Grande Aulnaie is bordered by the Fontaine-Guérard Abbey, the fascinating ruins of the Levavasseur spinning mill, and the Longboel Forest. The private woods of Fontaine-Guérard and Bonnemare are also open to our guests.

Townhouse on large wooded plot

Entire house, adjoining mine where I live alone with a child, on a fenced and wooded plot of 6000 m2 crossed by a stream. Quietly located in the countryside and a 10-minute walk to the city center of Brionne (all shops and market twice a week) and the train station. Great walks, GR, forests are accessible on foot, and greenways for bicycles nearby (possibility of making bicycles available). Fresh eggs and vegetables from the garden are regularly available.

In the heart of a haven of peace, you will stay in a small typical Norman cottage. Ideal for resting and relaxing, the property is located on the road to the abbeys, close to the forest of Bec Hellouin, and less than an hour from the beaches of La Manche (Deauville- Trouville, Honfleur) The house is located on the same lot as the owners. Completely refurbished, the Loft is located on the upper floor of a building formerly used to store wood. The ground floor is uninhabited except by swallows and lemon trees that stay warm in winter! It should be noted that the Loft is in the immediate vicinity of the owner's house which is located on the same property.
