Ideally located in the heart of the Normandy countryside, our new house will offer you calm and peace during your tourist getaways in our beautiful region. 1 hour from the beaches of Deauville, 1.5 hours from the gates of Paris, 30 minutes from Rouen and 40 minutes from Evreux, our accommodation will allow you to explore the thousand and one wonders of Normandy. Our house has two small bedrooms, a shower room and toilet, a bright living room and a new equipped kitchen. The garden is not yet enclosed.

The Chaplain's House

Its history dates back to the 15th century and to this day the castle is still a private, inhabited and family property. The house has benefited from our most beautiful decorating ideas, bringing a lot of privacy and authenticity. The cottage is next to the castle farm, country atmosphere guaranteed.

Nestled in a charming village and fully renovated, the house combines the charm of traditional Norman architecture with modern comfort. 4 bright bedrooms, a cozy living room, and a welcoming kitchen invite you to share great moments together. Two spacious terraces are perfect for relaxing, dining outdoors, or enjoying an aperitif at sunset. A 4,500 m² garden surrounds the house — ideal for family games or peaceful naps under the trees. Sports lovers will enjoy the private basketball court.

Located in the heart of Bec-Hellouin, one of the most beautiful villages in France, this house invites you to experience an exceptional living environment. Explore the surrounding forests, picturesque villages, and enjoy walks, cycling, or horseback riding. The 2000m² (21528sq ft) property is bordered by the "Le Bec" stream and offers a spacious 150m² (1614 sq ft) interior with 3 bedrooms, 2 lounges, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern, elegant bathroom.

Entire house, adjoining mine where I live alone with a child, on a fenced and wooded plot of 6000 m2 crossed by a stream. Quietly located in the countryside and a 10-minute walk to the city center of Brionne (all shops and market twice a week) and the train station. Great walks, GR, forests are accessible on foot, and greenways for bicycles nearby (possibility of making bicycles available). Fresh eggs and vegetables from the garden are regularly available.

La Grange

Exceptional thatched cottage in the Norman style adjoining a second house overlooking two large wooded gardens. Great for tourist and business stays. Furnished terrace, Parking. Refreshing place located 25/30 minutes from Rouen with highway access. Many attractive sites: Le Bec Helloin, castles, animal parks, equestrian centers, supervised leisure center offering water activities 5 km away. Close to the seaside: Honfleur, Cabourg, Dauville, Étretat.

Under the rooftops of Bec Hellouin

Located in the heart of the charming historic village of Bec Hellouin and less than 100 meters from its abbey, this small 27 m2 apartment is nestled under the roofs of a typical house in the region. Private parking, Wi-Fi, a flat screen offering more than 200 French and foreign channels as well as access to Netflix are at your disposal free of charge. PLEASE NOTE, the access staircase may not be suitable for people with mobility issues (see photos).

The terrace of Bec Hellouin

During your stay, relax on the terrace of Le Bec-Hellouin, an ideal place to recharge your batteries. The village of Bec-Hellouin offers a tourist experience with its abbey and monastery. From the creperie to the local restaurant, foodies will find their happiness. The cottage is located at the foot of the Voie Verte (40 km). Within 20 km are Harcourt Castle with its arboretum, the Battlefield Castle and Pont-Audemer (nicknamed Little Venice).

Country loft with pool

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Enjoy nature with this beautiful green garden and relax by its heated pool. Completely refurbished, the Loft is located on the upper floor of a building formerly used to store wood. The ground floor is uninhabited except by swallows and lemon trees that stay warm in winter! It should be noted that the Loft is in the immediate vicinity of the owner's house which is located on the same property.
