Beautiful apartment with balcony facing the sea, located on the dike of Le Portel, on a busy street. You will be charmed by its exceptional location a short walk to the beach and close to amenities (restaurants, tobacco, groceries etc...) With an area of 40 m2, you will find a bedroom open to the living room, an equipped kitchen with sea view, a bathroom with shower, all recently renovated in 2022 with a refined and elegant decoration. Let yourself be lulled while admiring the sea, comfortably seated on the living room sofa... Our apartment is located on the 6th and top floor of the "Grand Bleu" (accessible by elevator). It has a magnificent sea view, allowing you to admire the Boulogne lighthouse on one side and the Côte d'Opale and the English cliffs on the other if the weather is mild. Access to the beach is directly at the foot of the apartment, with the children's pool just opposite.

Bright duplex, with reserved parking space, located 1 minute from the beach (100 m), 2 steps from the nautical base and its activities. You will be quietly settled in, on the 3rd and top floor (no elevator) of a secure building with a nice view of the dunes. All comforts are ensured thanks to quality bedding (1 bed 160 × 200 in bedroom and 1 bed 90 × 200 on mezzanine), an equipped kitchen, TV and Wi-Fi. Your beds will be made on arrival + towels.
