Lovingly renovated apartment in our 17 century French farm, with a private entrance and courtyard garden. La Source offers an open plan 18m2 living area with a fully equipped hand-crafted kitchen, dining table, and sofa bed. The bedroom is 22m2, with a hand-built bespoke double bed and a single daybed, Smart TV, armchair, hanging space and chest of drawers. There is a wide corridor and a bathroom with a shower. Small mountain house located at an altitude of 86O meters in the heart of an ecological project. The Refuge du Loir is 40 meters from our house and is accessed by a private path from the parking lot. There is a very large terrace to enjoy the view and sunshine and everything you need inside for a good stay! PS: Following many negative reviews about the path, we specify that it is a bumpy path but passable by car!
