Beautiful 2-bedroom with balcony, completely tastefully renovated in March 2022. Ideal location, in the heart of Bastia, at the top of the main Boulevard Paoli and a few minutes' walk from Place St Nicolas and the Old Port. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor in a beautiful, quiet and secure building. Free parking spots on some nearby streets as well as GAUDIN parking (for a fee) within 50 m. Close to all amenities with many shops, restaurants and boutiques.

Nice 100 m2 house less than 10 minutes' walk to the port and shops of Saint-Florent, a small town rightly renowned in Haute-Corse. The house is made of local stones and its many amenities will allow you to have a very pleasant stay, away from the noise and the hustle and bustle of vacationers, without any neighbors. It has 3 bedrooms, two with French windows overlooking a terrace. The garden is fully enclosed, with a shelter for two vehicles near the entrance.
