Le logement est proche de tous commerces et commodités, à 2’ du CHU de Bellepierre et du centre-ville, à 5’ de la route du Littoral. Il comprend un séjour ouvert sur cuisine, une salle de bain avec douche et WC, une varangue avec coin salon.

Independent studio located in our garden with a beautiful private terrace with sea view. Beautiful fully equipped studio, air-conditioned with Wi-Fi overlooking the pool and garden located on the heights of Saint-Denis, Colline des Camélias, 10 minutes from the city center and 10 km from the airport. The mezzanine bedroom with a low ceiling height (1.30 m) gives a cocooning appearance. You have free access to our (unheated) swimming pool and sunbathing area as well as the entire garden.

Large independent studio in a private villa in the mountains that offers you quiet and exceptional sea views, 20 minutes from Saint-Denis. The studio is attached to my villa, it has a separate entrance, in a recent and secure residence, unlimited access to the pool. The accommodation is attached to the owner's house but with independent entrance. You will have access to the private pool. Accommodation located on Chemin Summer in St Gilles les Bains, 15 min walk to Les Roches Noires beach. You can park your vehicle in front of the house.

This peaceful, fully-equipped accommodation offers a relaxing stay for families or 4 people. On the ground floor, and without any overlooking, you can enjoy a jacuzzi and a large 35 m2 terrace with a beautiful view of Saint Denis. You will also have access to our (unheated) swimming pool, times decided upon arrival. Ideally located on Colline des Camélias, you will be close to local shops, 10 minutes from the city center, and 10 km from the airport.

The studio with its independent entrance is adjacent to our house, in a quiet cul-de-sac very close to the city center. Guests can freely enjoy the swimming pool and terrace where we will be happy to meet you. You will have the essentials for breakfast (coffee, tea, sugar, jam, butter) and the essentials for cooking (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper...). Less than 100 m away you will find a bakery and a convenience store.
