The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

The accommodation is located within walking distance of: -30 seconds from public transport and shops. -15 min from Part-Dieu station/direct shuttle to the airport. -3 min from the Tête d'Or park, the lungs of the city. - Fully equipped kitchen with sharp knives :) - Neighbourhood with the best bars/restaurants/nightclubs in Lyon.

Nice duplex in the countryside

Take a break and relax in this countryside apartment in the Monts du Lyonnais. Parking is available not far from the accommodation, a garage for a car or 4 motorcycles is adjacent to the accommodation. A small city stadium is located opposite if you have children.
