On the ground floor, a living room of 20 m² with living room and equipped kitchen, opening onto a private terrace. Upstairs: a bedroom, WC and a separate bathroom. Independent entrance (digicode gate + key box) overlooking common guarded courtyard. Only 1 parking space. Amenities available for a pleasant stay. Small green courtyard. The house is perfectly suited for a couple, bedroom with 160 x 200 bed. Shops within walking distance (bakery, tobacco, newspapers, pharmacy...). Close to A84, Avranches 20 min, Rennes 35 min, Fougères 15 min, Mt St Michel 30 min... Cleaning is not included in the rate: it must therefore be done before your departure...
