The house is located in Grabels in the heights. You will have stunning views with nature and birdsong upon waking, this is 5-10 min from Montpellier by car and 35 min from the beaches. Walking distance from the house are several hiking trails (see photos). Pets are allowed under certain conditions.

This one-bedroom apartment is located on the garden level of the villa where I live, with completely independent and private access. The bedroom and bathroom are windowless because in the basement. But adjustable, powerful lighting brings great comfort.

Welcome to the village of Laverune. Have a pleasant stay in our 26m² studio, close to Montpellier Centre and beaches (Palavas-les-Flots: 15km, La Grande Motte 30km). Small outdoor area on the courtyard side. The studio overlooks the owners' PRIVATE garden. Dogs are allowed (in the accommodation or in the courtyard, but not in the garden to avoid any potential incidents with our dog). Check-in is self-contained with a lockbox, from 3 p.m. and check-out at 11 a.m. at the latest
