Situated 800m from Fervaques the property was designed for handicapped access throughout the ground floor. The 3 remaining bedrooms are on the upper floor. The site has been built with respect of the local traditions and is in the middle of 7.5ha estate that you can visit. The property is 35 mins from Deauville & the Normandy coast and 10 minutes from Lisieux

It is also the land of the horse with many stud farms. The Côte Fleurie with Deauville, Cabourg, Honfleur is 40 minutes away as well as the landing beaches.
