The Val Mulet Swordfish

Welcome to the Val Mulet swordfish gîte. Our guest house is located on the first floor of a recent pavilion with independent access and a private garden. On the west coast of Cotentin, our cottage is a 1-kilometer walk from the sea and the supervised beach of Sciotot and close to the village of Pieux. Close to shops and ideally located for water sports, you will find a preserved wilderness area where you can take great walks and hikes along the GR, from the house.

Located in a green valley, amidst ornamental gardens, it is a recently restored single-family house (80 m²), respecting the typical rural habitat of Cotentin. Ideally located north of the Cotentin peninsula, it will allow you to enjoy the many beaches and hiking trails, to taste the pleasures of shore fishing or local markets. The furnished terrace will invite you to relax or read.

Evasion between Sea and Countryside with Babyfoot!

Our small family has been living in Mayotte for 6 years. We are delighted to entrust you with our house to Le Rozel. It will allow you to spend good times with your loved ones, like us. Located in the countryside, the cows will greet you from the nearby field. You can enjoy the beach of Rozel, located 2 steps away. This beach is well-known by surfers, so "to your surfs and bodyboards"! As we say here in Mayotte: "Caribou" ( welcome!)

Marie-Line's house: It is an "atypical island house" 500 m from Sciotot beach, with a breathtaking full west view to enjoy the beautiful sunsets, and a large furnished terrace. The Workshop

Studio on the 1st floor, in downtown Les Pieux Dynamic village (about 70 shops and 3 supermarkets). Sciotot beaches less than 2 km away Less than 5 km from Flamanville power station. New apartment, all amenities, for a couple (with one bedroom, kitchen open to living room, toilet in the bathroom). Towels and bedding are provided, an extra blanket is available in addition to the duvet. Pets not allowed.

Stone house, renovated, located in an authentic and peaceful hamlet, nestled on Cap du Rozel, 1 km from the beach. Bright decor with bohemian and ethnic trends, giving the cottage a peaceful and rejuvenating atmosphere. Outside, you will have a spacious terrace with garden furniture and deck chairs. Bed linen and bath towels are included in the rental.

Mobile home between land and sea

Mobile home on private land with private access. 5 km from Les Pieux, come and admire the 4 km long Sciotot beach. You can take surf lessons at La Sciotot Surf School from April to November or rent equipment in July and August. 2 supervised swimming areas in July and August. Multiple routes on the hiking trail facing the sea or in the bocage paths.
