A relaxing haven for the whole family near Vulcania. On the ground floor, a dining area by the bay window; a kitchen area with all the amenities; a large living room around a stove and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs, a mezzanine bedroom, a master bedroom and a sleeping area with bunk beds. Bathroom with shower and toilet. A garden with pergola and lounge on the front. Between the farmlands with cows is our old farm. A gîte has been built in the barn. Simple, but with all the comforts, in complete privacy. With spacious garden. Heated by a wood-burning stove and electric heaters. The area is beautiful. Located 2.5 km from the village, where all the much-needed businesses can be found. 8 km drive and you are at the Sioule, where it is good to spend time along the river and where you will also find thermal baths. 40 km further south are the volcanoes, beautiful area!

Sublime hôtel particulier de 1903, crée par un grand architecte et entièrement réhabilité en 2020 par monsieur Hervé Delouis, brillant architecte clermontois. Cette vieille dame a fait l'objet de trois ans de travaux pour retrouver toutes ses lettres de noblesse, tout l'enjeu était de conserver les éléments d'époque et le cachet unique qui lui confère. Préparez vous pour un voyage dans le temps chez cette vieille dame, qui mérite toute votre attention et respect afin qu'elle puisse nous charmer.

In Châteauneuf-Les-Bains on the banks of the Sioule, one of the cleanest rivers in France, is our Gite de Grands Rochers. Nature plays the leading role in this unforgettable accommodation. Here is peace and space with a beautiful view over the river. The cottage is 32 m2, spread over two floors. Downstairs, the kitchen with dining area and a seating area with comfortable chairs and TV, French doors to a lovely terrace with stone BBQ. Upstairs is the bedroom and bathroom with toilet.

You will be staying at the "Clos des Murets", a former independent bread oven completely renovated in 2020, part of a 2500 m2 property. It includes a main room serving as a living room equipped with a sofa bed (140 cm bed) and a second bedroom (160 cm bed), a travertine bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and a toilet. A spiral staircase will take you to the large bedroom with exposed stone. Breakfasts can be taken on the terrace.
