Between the farmlands with cows is our old farm. A gîte has been built in the barn. Simple, but with all the comforts, in complete privacy. With spacious garden. Heated by a wood-burning stove and electric heaters. The area is beautiful. Located 2.5 km from the village, where all the much-needed businesses can be found. 8 km drive and you are at the Sioule, where it is good to spend time along the river and where you will also find thermal baths. 40 km further south are the volcanoes, beautiful area!

In Châteauneuf-Les-Bains on the banks of the Sioule, one of the cleanest rivers in France, is our Gite de Grands Rochers. Nature plays the leading role in this unforgettable accommodation. Here is peace and space with a beautiful view over the river. The cottage is 32 m2, spread over two floors. Downstairs, the kitchen with dining area and a seating area with comfortable chairs and TV, French doors to a lovely terrace with stone BBQ. Upstairs is the bedroom and bathroom with toilet.

70 m2 house on a fenced plot, quiet with south-facing terrace. Parking in the back + bowling alley. A small nest for your relaxation. Everything is provided: sheets, towels, eco-friendly cleaning and toiletries... Basic organic groceries. Kitchen + living room on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms (140 cm beds) and bathroom upstairs. Well equipped for maximum comfort. In summer, the small shed equipped with a sofa bed can accommodate 1-2 children or teens. They'll love it!

La Petite Maison du Sabotier in Menat

La Petite Maison du Sabotier has been fitted out to accommodate family and friends who are visiting. It is now open in summer to travellers who want to spend some quiet time in a setting that some describe as "heavenly". The accommodation is equipped with a washbasin with hot water and a toilet, coffee maker, kettle and microwave. Access to the shower is at the owners' house (about 20 metres away). From May 2026, it will be possible to cook outside (covered terrace).

From the chalet, you can see the wild animals that live around the property. In the heart of Auvergne, surrounded by nature without any neighbors, our 1 hectare property and its 5000 m2 pond, including its recently completely renovated chalet, welcomes you to recharge your batteries by the pond. Possibility to fish under conditions.

Typical Auvergne bread oven with breakfast

You will be staying at the "Clos des Murets", a former independent bread oven completely renovated in 2020, part of a 2500 m2 property. It includes a main room serving as a living room equipped with a sofa bed (140 cm bed) and a second bedroom (160 cm bed), a travertine bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and a toilet. A spiral staircase will take you to the large bedroom with exposed stone. Breakfasts can be taken on the terrace.

La P'tite Bergerie, a former sheepfold renovated in 2026, welcomes you in a real natural setting near the volcanoes of Auvergne. Adjoining the owners' house but totally independent, this charming cocoon is ideal for relaxing. Enjoy a stone terrace and free access to a 1.3 hectare natural park with woods and ponds. A peaceful place to take the time to listen to the birdsong and enjoy the great outdoors, between volcanoes and forests.

Relax with family or friends in this peaceful accommodation. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. There is a thermal establishment and a hot spring a short walk away. The Sioule River is in front of our house. You can also walk and cycle in the beautiful surroundings. The Puy de Dôme is 45 minutes away by car. There are many beautiful villages in the area with markets and entertainment. I am sure you will enjoy it.
