Boisvinet family home, summer/winter

House in the Boisvinet neighborhood, close to shops and beach, as pleasant in winter as in summer. Our house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms including a walk-in shower, 2 toilets including a separate one as well as large storage. The kitchen is equipped and was made by a cabinetmaker. 2 gardens at the front and rear of the house with garden furniture and BBQ. We were still living there very recently. Possibility of long-term rental at a reduced price outside the summer season.
