In the heart of nature, near the tourist site of the Balmes de Montbrun, independent barn converted into a 70 m2 loft comprising a sleeping area with a 160x200 bed, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, hood, hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, air fryer), shower room, separate toilet, sofas, coffee table, table football, board games. On the garden level of our house (We live on the first floor) discover a small independent cocoon bathed in calm and greenery, for a peaceful break. The 1 st accommodation is equipped with 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 1.60, 1 living room with sofa bed, 1 bathroom, 1 summer kitchen, and 1 swimming pool. The small chalet is 10 metres from the house, it includes: 1 double bed, 1 bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, 1 terrace.

Located in an old traditional Ardèche farmhouse, it is a spacious and warm 3-star gîte. A 10-minute walk from a very beautiful river, it is the perfect starting point for many walks, bike rides, or donkey rides (rental on site). Village 500 m away (bar and grocery store). 20 minutes from Mont Gerbier de Jonc and 1 hour from Lac d'Issarlès. Bed linens and towels are provided. Beds are made upon arrival.
