The studio is new and has a private terrace in a very quiet cul-de-sac ideal for enjoying summer evenings. It is very bright, and close to the sea (3 km), close to the salt marshes of Millac, 15 minutes from the "planète sauvage" safari and 30 minutes from the island of Noirmoutier. Various activities are possible on site (ping-pong, petanque, barbecue, possibility on request to loan equipment for shrimp fishing). The surroundings are suitable for walking and/or cycling.

You will find a shower (with organic shower gel/shampoo provided, OPTIONAL TOWELS), a kitchenette (with stove, kettle, sink + basic condiments: sugar, tea, coffee, salt, pepper, etc.), a double bed (with sheets provided), storage and dry toilet (outside). The furnished and flowered terrace will allow you to have lunch and breakfast in the shade of a lime tree.
