The Great Alder Grove of Fontaine-Guérard

We offer four bedrooms and spacious living rooms in the heart of one of the most beautiful sites in the Andelle Valley. Crossed by the river and a small pond, in the heart of a vast and well-kept garden, offering varied and colorful scenery in all seasons, La Grande Aulnaie is bordered by the Fontaine-Guérard Abbey, the fascinating ruins of the Levavasseur spinning mill, and the Longboel Forest. The private woods of Fontaine-Guérard and Bonnemare are also open to our guests.

This 125 m2 L-shaped building built in 2025 is super bright. Its east-south orientation allows you to enjoy the sun while being sheltered from the sea wind. Fully equipped, everything is new and of very high quality. The 180 x 200 KING SIZE EMMA HYBRID 2 beds are great. The view of the valley and the barn painted by Claude Monet in 1890 invites you to daydream. Access to the beach in 10 minutes on foot by a small quiet path. In the heart of a wooded and landscaped flower park of 4 hectares, this family house is located in an exceptional real estate complex enjoying an incredible sea view from the park. The Norman farmhouse-style building offers flawless comfort.

This former dovecote, which we have lovingly renovated, welcomes you for a romantic getaway for two in the heart of the farm, in a secluded, green setting. In the evening, enjoy the wood-fired Nordic hot tub under the stars (optional). The tower comprises a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom on the ground floor. A private garden with garden furniture and a barbecue will allow you to fully enjoy the tranquillity of the countryside.

The Norman gîte

Forget your worries at this spacious, serene space. Near green avenue, located between Dieppe and Neufchâtel en Bray, this accommodation can accommodate from 5 to 7 people (1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, 1 sofa bed in the living room). Equipped kitchen with gas hobs, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator. Sheets provided, towels upon request. Cleaning package available (€40).
