Located between Rennes & Bruz, 3 km from the airport and the Parc expo, 5 km from the Ker Lann campus and the Couvent des Jacobins, we live in a village with many shops. On the raised ground floor, enjoy a cosy living room, kitchen, bedroom with study, shower room-wc and, in fine weather (it's sunny several times a day!), the garden & terrace. Our leafy neighborhood is served by 3 bus lines (stops 5 minutes away) and a metro station approx. 15 minutes away on foot. See you soon!
