Upstairs a master suite with a 180 cm bed, shower room + toilet, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a bedroom with a 90 cm bed and on the landing an open space with a 90 cm bed. Le logement se situe à la campagne à l'entrée du bourg de Sauvigny-Les-Bois. Nous sommes à 5 min du château de Prye, 10 minutes de Nevers(8km) et 15 minutes du circuit F1 de Nevers/Magny-Cours. La maison de 35m2 est indépendante, elle se situe à côté de notre maison SUR LE MEME TERRAIN. Vous disposez d'une terrasse devant le logement donnant sur l'extérieur commun. Nous laissons un accès à notre jardin ( commun donc partagé avec nous) et à la piscine (en été; hors sol non chauffée)

The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.
