We welcome you to an independent T2 on the ground floor of our house. The accommodation opens onto a terrace equipped with garden furniture and an unsupervised swimming pool. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac with easy parking. Ideally located: 5 min walk to the center (shops, restaurants and cinema) activities and tourist sites (Chocolate Museum, Via-Rhôna, Petit Train de l'Ardèche...). 5 min to the bus station, 12 min to the TER train station, all on foot. The rental apartment is composed of 2 bedrooms with 140 beds, plus another room with 120 bed and 1 90 bed, a bathroom, a toilet, a large living/kitchen area, a 40 m2 veranda, a wooded park with large 5X10 pool. Sunbathing with cushions and gas barbecue available.
