In summer, the terrace overlooking the countryside without vis-à-vis is very pleasant for a barbecue. In winter, have a good time around the fireplace. You can walk in the forest and observe the deer and birds.

In the hollow of the Risle valley bordered by forests, near the charming village of La Ferrière sur Risle, the miller's house is located on the Moulin à Tan property, occupied by the owners. The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". The house, rated 4 stars, renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the former home occupied by the millers when the mill was in operation from the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century.

La Grange, a half-timbered country house, is nestled in the heart of a 5-hectare green setting. The estate also includes 3 other private dwellings: our house and two other gîtes: Le Relais de Chasse, which is available for rent, and La Bergerie, which will open in early September. Each house has its own private terrace and parking. From April to October, a paddock with horses adorns the grounds and invites you to daydream.
