New villa, ideally located in Aubenas, a small town in the South Ardèche with all shops. Close access to the roads serving the Gorges de l'Ardèche and the Ardèche mountains. Villa with swimming pool and spa open in summer season according to weather (April to October). Outside the high season, the spa may be available on request, subject to a fee. Linens provided (except pool towels). Pets may be accepted under certain conditions. Access to Netflix.

Rustic mini-house

Welcome to our rustic mini house, ideal for nature lovers. We live right next door with our children, our dogs and our cat. The mini house is an old cled (chestnut dryer) made of stone which has been converted into a mini accommodation. You have to take the outside stairs to get to the different rooms. Notice to hikers: there are many hiking trailheads nearby. We share our above-ground swimming pool with you, which is very pleasant after a day out.
