“Thanks Deb for a wonderful week in your apartment. What a great base for a visit to Melbourne. The apartment is very comfortable and has anything and everything you might need. We really appreciated the goodies that Deb left for us. Deb is so easy to communicate with and so accommodating, allowing us a later checkout. St Kilda is a great area. Really vibrant with a lot going on. It’s very easy to get a tram in and out of the city, or it’s also a nice walk into the city. We were both really tired after a couple of months travelling and our stay in Deb’s flat allowed us somewhere to rest when we needed to in comfort. Highly recommend staying here if you come to Melbourne. We couldn’t have asked for more. Thanks Deb”
Close to the famous Fitzroy Street cafes, restaurants and bars, the beautiful Albert Park - home of F1 Grand Prix, the popular St Kilda beach (with penguin viewing at breakwater every night), Luna Park and Acland St. Supermarket & Skybus St Kilda stop opposite the road. Our lovely place has everything you need to feel like at home. Free light breakfast, milk, Nespresso coffee & tea. Great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and also family with kids/baby.
“My partner and his friend stayed at Yings place for the Grand PRix. Unfortunately it got cancelled but my partner said he could see them packing up the race course from yings place which is prime location. They enjoyed their stay here. Just bad timing. Thanks ying, will definitely be rebooking for the next Grand Prix”
A light and airy studio apartment, newly renovated and fitted out to a hotel standard, all just a few steps away from St Kilda Beach. Floor to ceiling windows open onto your balcony where you can relax and enjoy the view of Catani Gardens, St Kilda Pier and the beach.
“A lovely flat in a great St. Kilda location -- perfect for a solo traveller or a couple. Kerstin puts in the extra effort (helpful kitchen supplies, useful guide to local cafes and restaurants, easy communication), and it shows. As others have mentioned, the flat looks out at Catani Park and the beach, but is on a busy roadway, which can be a bit loud, especially when the sliding door is open. It didn't bother me in the least, but if you are a light sleeper, you might want to turn on the air conditioner for some white noise.”
