Lovely and Spacious apartment

Lovely and spacious one bedroom apartment, for a couple and up to 4 guests. The apartment is located in a quiet street, and is very secured with a building keeper and video surveillance. While enjoying the calm of the street, you will be close to nice places to eat, a supermarket just 3 minutes walk away, a beautiful park and many shops just close by. You will find easy ways to reach all Parisian sightseeings. I shall be happy giving you all good tips to better enjoy your stay!

This peaceful, comfortable studio apartment, on the 1st floor with lift and balcony overlooking a garden (very bright as it faces south/west) in a quiet residence, is just a 10-minute walk from the Porte de Versailles exhibition centre in the charming 15th arrondissement. It is easily accessible by metro (Convention - line 12), tram and bus.
