Lovely and Spacious apartment

Lovely and spacious one bedroom apartment, for a couple and up to 4 guests. The apartment is located in a quiet street, and is very secured with a building keeper and video surveillance. While enjoying the calm of the street, you will be close to nice places to eat, a supermarket just 3 minutes walk away, a beautiful park and many shops just close by. You will find easy ways to reach all Parisian sightseeings. I shall be happy giving you all good tips to better enjoy your stay!

Great appartement that has been recently refurbished. It has two real bedrooms that are both on the court side, so very quiet at night. There is a large living space (30m2) with a newly refurbished and fully equipped open plan kitchen. The bathroom is equipped with a bath and a very large walk-in shower. There is a balcony that can accommodate at least 2 seated persons.
