No complaints, the listing is completely accurate, clean, bright, in the city center but quiet. Ideal to go with grandparents and children (6 Guests and 2 doggies). The kitchen is already well stocked: salt, oil, pepper, vinegar etc... games and books. Very nice stay.

Very peaceful accommodation, beach within walking distance, convenience store and restaurants nearby. It is very hot in the accommodation during the day, the 2 fans were appreciated. Self check-in and checkout with very simple and quick lockbox, clear explanations. We had a great time at this place for two:)

Impeccable stay, we had a great vacation. Celine's accommodation is equipped with everything you need. It is very well located and close to everything: the beach, port, shops and restaurants. Everything is in walking distance. Celine is very nice and responsive and helps when needed. I recommend this listing. 😊 The only small downside was that the air conditioning didn't work. But with the fans available and the windows that could be left open at night (thanks to the screens), the night was still very pleasant and not too hot.

We had a lovely time. The house is well equipped and functional very nicely decorated and it is ideally located not far from the center and not far from the sea that can be reached on foot.

The sea and the pool are 2 steps away, it's perfect and very convenient when you have children! The apartment is well equipped and offers a beautiful view on both sides. Very well located, clear explanations and responsive & accommodating host. A few minutes walk to the sea and a large terrace! We had a lovely stay at Emilie's.

Very friendly and responsive host who offers a very nice apartment where the setting is pleasant. The kitchen is very nice and functional. The bedding is really comfortable. Even the little games for the beach are present. The kids were happy. A small stool is very convenient to allow the little ones to wash their hands and brush their teeth. You can forget about the car, everything is close by. Balyland and the Seaquarium are at the end of the street and walk there. We had a great time. I highly recommend Pizza Camargue, they are really great. If we come back to Le Grau du Roi without hesitation I would rent from Cathy again. Thank you.

Marc and his wife were very welcoming, available, with nice little touches for my daughter. We had a great time, the accommodation is in a great location, we did almost everything on foot. Our best location in Sète, a city we often practice my children and I ~ is a cape, the most advanced on the seafront Corniche district (or even the most advanced in the whole city ...) ~ ideal (swimming, coves beaches, rocks and other undisclosed😊) Sun the whole stay a chance, our host of formidable, caring ~ human efficiency. Wonderful two and a half week stay at Alain's! The hospitality is great! We had a great vacation where everything is within walking distance, bus or train whether it's the beach, the city center or even the train station!! and the pool was a plus for my teenager!!!! Alain is responsive and always present. We'll be back to see the SAINT LOUIS festival! And thank you again for the mint tea!

The house is a 2 min walk to the beach which is very peaceful and not too crowded. The water is quiet, children can swim or paddleboard. The house was perfect for our large family, everything was very clean and modern.

I had amazing time at Christele’s villa. I would definitely recommend her villa to anyone and for sure would stay there again.

We felt comfortable. Two apartment keys were provided, which was sometimes very helpful. The apartment was handed over to us clean and is modernly furnished. It may be important for German vacationers. There is a normal filter coffee machine available. A tiny shortcoming: the number of outlets is manageable. It can't hurt to bring a multiple outlet.
