In the 2nd flour, no neighbors upstairs. There is one separate bedroom with a queen bed and one comfortable sofa in the living room that you can convert to get a queen size bed too! I furnish all the furniture you'll need during your stay (towels, sheets, kitchen fourniture, etc) and a sun umbrella. Friendliness and relaxation are needed to enjoy environment. this is no place to party.
