It's a nice apartment! There were two of us and that was fine. A lovely bed, nice shower and equipped with every comfort. The communication with Steevie was pleasant, he is friendly and responds quickly.

Very good location in front of the harbour. Everything was clean and in perfect order, especially the crockery (which you often have to clean again), in which case it was spotless. Large and very comfortable bed with very nice sheets. I didn't use the couch much but it was also very comfortable. Good quality wine glasses are appreciated. I would like to repeat next month but I see that the days are already busy, too bad. Super recommended.

Perfect accommodation for one or two nights when you are a couple and two children; very close to the Christmas market perfect for walking. Easy to access and convenient accommodation. Very responsive host! Delighted with our little weekend at Barcares.

Very nice apartment with a very large terrace and an extraordinary sea view…. Very well equipped accommodation. Comfortable bed. No difficulty finding a place to park our vehicle. (Even though we were out of season.) We were received by Line, who was very professional and very available. I would recommend this place if you would like to discover Canet-en-Roussillon and this beautiful region of the Eastern Pyrenees We sincerely had a great weekend with the family!!!

Great place, exactly as pictured, or even better! The apartment is spacious, well decorated, very clean, and you immediately feel comfortable there. The shower is modern and nice. The beach is a stone's throw away, which is a real plus. This was a great stay, highly recommend this place!

A few very pleasant days spent at Sandra and Sylvain's. Very comfortable and tastefully furnished farmhouse. Thanks to Sandra for her responsiveness during our exchanges and to Elodie during our departure (and for the rousquilles on our arrival😊).

Everything was perfect. The place is super functional . There's nothing missing. The location is great. The proximity to the waves is awesome. The views are breathtaking. The cleanliness of the accommodation was perfect; a big thank you to Pascal for his kindness but also for the skill and seriousness of the maintenance teams. In April 2025, we spent an exceptional family week. The hardest part is to leave because we miss everything.

Beautiful accommodation with sea views with the large glass window in the living room and also in the master bedroom. South terrace and sheltered on the kitchen entrance side when the tramontane blows. Beautiful decoration throughout the spacious accommodation with everything you need to cook. No car needed to go to the port to the shops and restaurants of port Vendres and Collioure 15 minutes away. Departure of hikes from the house and Lidl trade next to the residence. Amazing location with endless views of water and nature. Denys was incredibly helpful and timely in his communications and he carried a translator which was super helpful with our basic French. The outdoor space had a variety of setups for wind and sun. We could walk or the door for exercise and enjoying spring nature. The vegetable basket from his local garden was so appreciated! We had a great time at the Cabanon with our French bulldogs. We thank Alexandra for all the care available in the accommodation, including for our pets. We felt at the Cabanon like we were at home. The neighborhood is peaceful and very well located. I highly recommend if we come back to the area we will go to Alexandra's Cabanon again where calm and serenity reign. We had a lovely stay when we returned to Port Leucate. We enjoyed the sea view from the living room. In this spring, the slightly cool tramontane deprived us of meals on the terrace with magnificent sea or mountain views. Waking up in the morning to the view of Snowy Canigou Mountain was a real joy. Listing is as described. Communication with our host is perfect. As we chose the plane as our means of transportation, we appreciated the linens provided and the beds made upon our arrival. Thank you for the home that allowed us to have a great stay.

Alexandra communicates beforehand so that check-in goes smoothly, with photos to "guide" herself very easily in the residence. The Property was impeccably clean (kitchen, bathroom, bedroom). The apartment is well equipped, access to the Leucate pond is immediate. No complaints.

A pleasant stay in Canet , the accommodation is just perfect , fully equipped, exceptional location with a magnificent sea view! Beach access in 3 minutes just a road to cross . We'll be back for sure!!

This is our second stay at Sophie & Oliviers.. As always its just great! Straightforward, easy access and right on the harbour side… beautiful for the tranquil quiet and calm walks, with easy access to the surroinfing areas. Checkin/Checkout with Yolanda always a delight. We travel with a Dog and it is great for easy in’s and outs.. 🐾 x. Grateful always for warm & kind hospitality thats also feels safe and fuss free. 🙏🏼

a very nice apartment on the 3rd floor with a magnificent view of Le Grazel beach. the apartment is clean, functional and well equipped (elevator...). Direct access to the beachfront promenade and restaurants.
