Beautiful gîte with airconditioning "La Belle Vie"

Deze sfeervolle, ruime accommodatie (65m2) is perfect voor een fijne overnachting. De gîte is voorzien van alle benodigde voorzieningen. Buiten kunt u genieten op het zonneterras, met uitzicht over het weiland waar de paarden grazen. De gîte ligt landelijk gelegen, maar op korte afstand van restaurant, supermarkt en de snelweg, A71 (10 minuten). Als u wilt kunt u gebruik maken van onze goed gevulde ontbijtmand. Reserveren is noodzakelijk. Kosten €12,50 per persoon.

This cosy and relaxing house is located in a small village in the Allier (03, Auvergne Rhône-Alpes). You will find a bakery, a mini-market, a bar-tabac, a pharmacy, a hotel-restaurant, a local products shop and a brocante. The village borders the Allier River – ideal for canoeing or fishing – and the house is situated on the GR3, the Way of St. James (Camino de Santiago). Very nice apartment on the 2nd floor of a 19th century bourgeois house, in the heart of a century-old park, recommended by Le Petit Futé. An enchanted enclave in the heart of the city, less than a 5-minute walk to the train station and tourist center. The 2 bedrooms, very spacious, each have a 160 x 200 bed and a desk. A large sofa offers the 5th bed. A fully equipped kitchen, open to the living room, offers an ideal living space to enjoy a hearty breakfast.

On a private property of more than 3 ha, including our house and a small stable, the 35 m2 cottage is directly on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water and can accommodate up to 4 people. You will have a huge garden area by the water and a wood stove for cooler evenings.

Close to our farm, we offer for rent this typical Bourbon farmhouse that we have just completely renovated in June 2021. The house is located close to Moulins (30 Km), Bourbon-l'Archambault and its spa (20 Km), Tronçais Forest (20 Km), Lurcy-Lévy and its circuit (7 Km), 20 minutes from Magny-Cours Circuit. You will find a very nice network of hiking trails.
