In addition to direct access to Lake Siesta (swimmable and non-navigable), you can enjoy a large hot tub with views. Included: full kitchen, high-speed internet (teleworking), TV + PS4, BBQ, dock and boats, wood for outdoor fireplace etc... We do not accept: pets, large parties, excessive noise or music outside. Just a 5 minute drive from La Source Bain Nordiques, Rawdon Beach, grocery stores, restaurants and shops. For those who love the outdoors you have activities just minutes from the house (Golf, hike, winter fat-bike or mountain bike, snowshoe, cross-country) or downhill skiing a 12 minute drive. You'll enjoy the quiet neighbourhood.

Beautiful sunny, peaceful and spacious house located twenty minutes from the main activity sites such as ski mountains, tube slides, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing trails, water park, golf courses and 10 minutes from the P'tit Train du Nord bike path.
