Welcome to my great-grandparents' farm that I've been renovating since 2013! The house is in the middle of the village and is 100 m2. It is equipped to make you feel immediately at home. Very quiet and peaceful environment. WiFi. Shops nearby. The house is bright and very well insulated. In winter the fireplace can heat to 22 degrees and wood is provided. Two baby cribs are available on request as well as all childcare equipment and toys.

We offer our pretty family home with 5 bedrooms and 6 beds that can accommodate up to 10 people. Completely renovated in 2023, our house is ideal for enjoying La Baule, the beach and its surroundings. Ideally located, you can do anything on foot: - 5 min to all shops / boutiques / bars (the Bidule!) / restaurants - 10 min to the beach 🏖️ - 7 min to Pornichet train station We look forward to having you enjoy our beautiful home.

We welcome you. This private accommodation is part of our primary residence. You will have your own entrance and associated parking. Quietly located in a small hamlet, in the countryside close to the sea, you can fully enjoy Pornic and its surroundings. For the more athletic, two bikes are available😊. Close to the beaches (8 km Saint Michel Chef Chef / 10 km Pornic). This place can accommodate a maximum of two people and one baby.

Cottage next to our house

Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.

The Farm of the Manoir de Kercassier Guérande

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation. Close to the city (Guérande intramuros 5 min) and all shops but quiet in nature. You can enjoy a large private garden, the large park with its pond, its diverse wild fauna and flora. Go on a getaway by the sea easily, which is less than 8 km away, for a walk, a swim. At the edge of the house passes a GR as well as the Velocéan bike path allowing you to reach the beaches by bike.
