Upstairs, a living room/kitchen, direct access to the beach, and a double bedroom. The outside staircase serves the courtyard with table/barbecue and the ground floor where the bathroom/toilet and the second double bedroom are located. Peaceful setting, ideal for walks, visits to the landing beaches (Utah Beach) and nearby museums.

It is close to the sea (5 km), the landing beaches (50 min from the cottage), the Caen Memorial (1 hr), Mont Saint Michel (1 hr 40 min from the cottage), the Channel Islands... You can also visit the Cité de la Mer (aquarium, submarine, Titanic exhibition...), the Montaigu la Brisette animal park (10 min from the cottage), you will be close to the Cotentin and Bessin marshes, the Sortosville-en-Beaumont biscuit house.

Nestled in the heart of the Cotentin marshes in the hamlet of Montessy, this former farmhouse was renovated in 2011. It has a pleasant and cozy comfort with recent amenities. A 10 m x 4 m pool built in 2023, indoor or outdoor, heated, is available from early April to mid-November. A tennis court awaits athletes as well as 4 canoes-kayaks to navigate the river that flows at the end of the garden. Also available: ping pong table and adult and children's bikes)
