This bright cottage with fireplace and private garden is located on our 1 ha property. Located 5 minutes from the expressway, 10 minutes from Dieppe and 30 minutes from Rouen, it will allow you to visit the main tourist attractions very easily. Plus we are 10 minutes from the beaches. Old refurbished photo studio of 90 m2 offering a nice ceiling height and a skylight. It is located next to our main house in the middle of an 8200 m2 lot. The decor is vintage, ethnic and bohemian.
