Large house in the Normandy countryside, very quiet, on the edge of the Seine loops, 20 minutes from Rouen (historic districts) and 45 minutes from the sea (Veules-les-Roses, Dieppe, Etretat). Theuville's bakery is an old bakery located 10 minutes from the sea and 15 minutes from the town of Fécamp, its museums and its many activities. It was completely renovated in 2019 into a residential accommodation with an area of 80 m² and has a plot of 1800 m². There you will find a large number of amenities for your comfort.
