Located on a hill, it occupies half of a maisonette, the other half available is PROM'nons-nous. You will enjoy a beautiful unobstructed view of the mountains, Lake Annecy and can take the path that leads to the woods! The details create the common thread and offer an elegant and unique atmosphere

Domaine des moulins / The Tower and its Spa

The property is made up of two water mills whose first historical traces date back to 1728. The first mill, located in the tower, was once used to grind grain (wheat and rye). The second mill was used as a sawmill. Its wheel is still visible. You can walk around the 5000 m2 property. The place is bordered by two rivers the Morges (with a 7 meters waterfall in the forest) and the Usses. An ideal place for fishing and nature lovers.

Le Mazot étoilé (sunroof!)

This cabin is located in the middle of fruit trees and a huge vegetable garden! Poultry are free around (goose, duck, chicken) 🐤 The river is 30 seconds away with splendid views of the mountains. You have the option to fully open the roof above the bed to admire the stars, even in winter because I have a warm duvet that keeps the heat from the stove 🔥 Shared showers and toilets, 30 seconds from the accommodation.
