The neighbourhood is quiet but attractions like the Pont d'Avignon, restaurants, and bars are all less than 10 minutes on foot. A parking space is within a 3-minute walk. You will not use the car in town but is will be great to explore Provence by day and return to your tranquil haven each evening.

It is a small semi-detached house, located a 10-minute walk from the village of St Martin d'Ardèche and the river, in the Roches Verte residence. The parking space is about 60 m from the cottage. This one has a small enclosed terrace, with garden furniture and a barbecue. Well-behaved pets are welcome, but no more than one per stay and a security deposit of €300 is required upon arrival if you have a pet (returned no later than 1 week after). Air conditioning and WiFi access.

Studio in the center of the village of Saint Martin d'Ardèche, all comforts and fully equipped, located 100 m walk from the beach. The studio has independent access, our guests have the possibility to have an inflatable paddle for walks along the Ardèche free of charge (do not hesitate to ask) as well as coffee.
