It is the largest and most beautiful with one enormous double bed, but can add a futon on the floor or cot for a small child . It has a bathroom with tub and hand held shower . It shares the salon and kitchen .with the other 2 cottages’. Each cottage has its own fridge in the newly renovated kitchen The Chateau is in the classified old village and walking distance to shops and restaurant.

It is a small semi-detached house, located a 10-minute walk from the village of St Martin d'Ardèche and the river, in the Roches Verte residence. The parking space is about 60 m from the cottage. This one has a small enclosed terrace, with garden furniture and a barbecue. Well-behaved pets are welcome, but no more than one per stay and a security deposit of €300 is required upon arrival if you have a pet (returned no later than 1 week after). Air conditioning and WiFi access.

Starting point for many hikes, it is a 10-minute walk to the village (bakery, grocery store, bar restaurant, pharmacy...). The village of Saint-Paulet-De-Caisson is a good place to live, and is located in the middle of exceptional tourist sites such as the Pont Du Gard, the Arènes de Nîmes, the Aven d'Orgnac or the Palais des Papes in Avignon.

Part of the building is converted into a spacious and cool 110 m² cottage for 6/7 people. On the ground floor you have the living room, dining room/kitchen. Upstairs, three bedrooms and a mezzanine, bathroom, toilet. The mill is 600 m from Banne. A five-minute drive away you have several shops.
