Studio in the center of the village of Saint Martin d'Ardèche, all comforts and fully equipped, located 100 m walk from the beach. Close to all amenities (restaurants, shops, bakeries, activities, etc.). The studio has independent access, our guests have the possibility to have an inflatable paddle for walks along the Ardèche free of charge (do not hesitate to ask) as well as coffee. Quiet, in a typical old restored mill located in the heart of nature by the stream, not overlooked, at the foot of the CEVENNES. Part of the building is converted into a spacious and cool 110 m² cottage for 6/7 people. On the ground floor you have the living room, dining room/kitchen.
