It is a small semi-detached house, located a 10-minute walk from the village of St Martin d'Ardèche and the river, in the Roches Verte residence. The parking space is about 60 m from the cottage. This one has a small enclosed terrace, with garden furniture and a barbecue. Well-behaved pets are welcome, but no more than one per stay and a security deposit of €300 is required upon arrival if you have a pet (returned no later than 1 week after).
