The house is by the sea, modern and situated on the wonderful Ile Grande, facing Aval island, near Perros Guirec, Ploumanach and Tregastel. The main room benefits from a sea view thanks to large windows. The private garden surrounds the house. Take your time and enjoy the comfort of a modern house and an ideal location on the "cote de granit rose". The sea side walking path going round Ile Grande, and the Toul Gwen beach are next to the house.

The Folgalbin House

The Folgalbin house is a peaceful and pleasant place, close to the sea. It offers many services such as two paddles, a plancha, Wi-Fi, Netflix... all in a small country house with terrace. It has two bedrooms. A real closed bedroom and another "open" one on the mezzanine. (see pictures) The nearest beaches are within a 10-minute drive. Shops nearby (bakery, caterer, Super U, tobacco, florist...) 50 m2 house.

This house is located at the entrance to Saint Martin des Champs, close to the expressway and Morlaix train station. Ideal for reaching the historic city center of Morlaix or for heading to the beaches of the north coast of Finistère.
