Large house in the Normandy countryside, very quiet, on the edge of the Seine loops, 20 minutes from Rouen (historic districts) and 45 minutes from the sea (Veules-les-Roses, Dieppe, Etretat). In the middle of the fields, surrounded by animals (sheep, donkeys, chickens). The house consists of a large living room with fireplace, a large dining room (12 people) and an equipped kitchen. Outside, free access to the large garden, terrace (barbecue, garden furniture) and vegetable garden.

Après 2 années intenses de travaux, nous y sommes enfin arrivés. Nous avons créé ce cocon d’amour pour vous, pour pouvoir vous ressourcer en couple. Cette maison des années 1500, on l’a désirée, transformée, mais tout en gardant son authenticité avec sa façade à colombage, les tomettes rouges dans l’escalier, la hauteur sous plafond au dernier étage … Mais on l’a aussi pensée et créée pour qu’elle vous plaise également. 33 m2 2-room apartment refurbished in the extension of our house in a residential area on the heights of Rouen, close to all shops and a bus stop (Fast 1 stop Parc Andersen). Very quiet as it overlooks a courtyard. Parking is possible right in front of the apartment. Living room, kitchenette and bathroom on the ground floor and bedroom upstairs under the eaves. CAUTION: €15 extra if you use the sofa bed unless you bring your duvet. WE SPEAK ENGLISH!
