One-bedroom ground-floor apartment 2 steps from the forest

Very well equipped 2-bedroom apartment in a modern house, with a nice view. We live in a quiet area, 20 meters from the start of the hiking trails and 25 minutes from the Chamrousse ski slopes. Main room with equipped kitchen and lounge/TV area, one bedroom (160 cm bed), one bathroom with washing machine. Close to Uriage (2.5 km from shops), you have access to a parking space inside the courtyard. We live next door and are happy to let you know what fun activities to do around our home.

An outdoor terrace area features a wooden deck with a seating arrangement, complemented by three large white planters containing green plants. The entrance to the living space is highlighted through glass doors, creating a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living.

Independent accommodation of 60 m2 on the ground floor of our house, including an equipped kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom and separate toilet. The living room opens onto an outdoor terrace of 9 m2 and a private parking space. Located two kilometers from Uriage-les-Bains thermal baths, twenty minutes from Chamrousse ski resort, and ten minutes from the University of Grenoble. Easy access: hiking trails, farmers' markets, shops and restaurants, public transport.

Unusual accommodation, small cocoon, ideal for a single person or a couple looking for tranquility. Shared owner's private pool, stunning mountain views. This very green place is perfect for strollers, athletes: hikers, cyclists, paragliders, trailers, kitesurfers, skiers. Comfort and cozy atmosphere guaranteed! The Chalet is located in the municipality of St Martin D'Uriage, 15 minutes from the Chamrousse family ski resort, 20 minutes from Grenoble.

130 m2 house. (this is my primary residence, so with personal belongings) Located 15 min from Grenoble, 10 min from the bus bright accommodation, very nice view. I do NOT accept people who have bed bugs, for the good of all! following unpleasant surprises, do not bring more people than declared! 5 maximum! I speak English. no smoking! bath towels to bring for the pool! thorough cleaning of the house to be carried out upon your departure.

Chartreuse wooden house

Welcome to La Pequina! My father and brother built this little Chartreuse wooden house last year. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room open to the kitchen and a very large terrace. There is no one opposite, the view overlooks Chamechaude, the highest mountain in Chartreuse, on one side and the Charmant-Som on the other. In summer you will find nice walks, in winter you will enjoy cross-country skiing, sledding and beginner slopes.

An indoor swimming pool is illuminated by natural light coming through a large window. The pool features a smooth blue surface, complementing the minimalist design of the space, which includes wooden accents and a tiled area for relaxation.

The bedroom is in a 1980s villa in a quiet, green residential area of Meylan. The private balcony of the room overlooks the park of a magnificent mansion which ensures calm and unobstructed views. The bedroom is about 12 m2, it has a king size bed. The house is therefore located in the immediate vicinity of the Innovative Zone. A bus stop is 50 metres from the house and serves all of this part of Meylan in minutes.
