Welcome to La Pequina! My father and brother built this little Chartreuse wooden house last year. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room open to the kitchen and a very large terrace. There is no one opposite, the view overlooks Chamechaude, the highest mountain in Chartreuse, on one side and the Charmant-Som on the other. In summer you will find nice walks, in winter you will enjoy cross-country skiing, sledding and beginner slopes.

We offer you for rent part of our carefully renovated house. It is located in the heart of a typical Savoyard village with panoramic views of the Chartreuse mountain range. All shops and restaurants are steps from the house. Rivieralp Leisure Center with ecological swimming is a 3-minute walk away. Free parking is right next to the accommodation, we have a private courtyard for motorcycles. Breakfast on request for an extra 7 euros.

In town in a neighborhood consisting mainly of houses. 5 minutes from a tram and bus stop, food shops, market, cinema, swimming pool. The tram connects Saint-Egrève de Grenoble. Parking space for small vehicle available nearby. Available fridge, dishwasher, TV, table/desk, sofa bed.

The bedroom is about 12 m2, it has a king size bed. The house is therefore located in the immediate vicinity of the Innovative Zone. A bus stop is 50 metres from the house and serves all of this part of Meylan in minutes.
