Charming independent accommodation located on the ground floor of an 18th century house, in the town center, 16 km from the Vendée coast (20 minutes from Les Sables d'Olonne). It consists of 1 living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom (about 75 m²). Large garden with outdoor furniture and barbecue. Child-safe swimming pool (8 x 4 m), shared with the owners. It is reserved exclusively for hosted tenants. (the pool is open as soon as the temperature and weather conditions permit).

Large wooden terrace. Sheets, towels and cleaning are optional.

The rental is located in a leisure residence in the lake area, quiet near Les Sables-d'Olonne.
