Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Happy Valley is situated in the heart of the Normandy countryside at the end of a no-through road so no noisy passing traffic! It shares the site with our main home and 2 other gites. We're about 45 minutes from Mont St Michel; an hour from Bayeaux, Caen, Mayenne and Fougeres. It's another half an hour to the famous D-Day beaches. There are plenty of places to visit and things to do and of course lots of French markets and vide-greniers!

Remote and secluded cottage on private terrain

My secluded cottage lies in the countryside of Normandy on a completely private terrain of, 8000m2 with an own driveway. The remote house sits alone in the hills with no neighbors and has a garden with cherry, apple and walnut trees. Explore the lush green grasslands and charming French hamlets right from the driveway. The house is within easy reach of the Normandy beaches, national parks, castles and medieval cities. A basic retreat for lovers of nature and peace.

Located in the countryside, in a quiet area, the "Champ Bourdon" cottages welcome you with their indoor swimming pool heated to 28°, closed 12-11-2025 to 10-02-2026. Only 10 minutes away, the A84 allows you to access, in less than1 hour: Mont St Michel and the beaches of the coasts of the Manche. In addition, you can visit the Cité de la Mer in Cherbourg, the landing beaches, different zoos, the Souleuvre viaduct with its bungee jump and other magnificent sites.
