A cozy house composed of two independent cottages (one on the ground floor, the other on the first floor) You are at the entrance to Balazuc, a medieval village in the hollow of the cliffs, ranked among the most beautiful in France. Your cocoon is located a 5-minute walk from the historic heart, restaurants/shops and 10 minutes from its riverside beach. It has all the little things to feel at home while respecting ecological values

Small cozy cottage on the ground floor of our main house, with separate entrance, small private garden and pond where our Asian fish swim peacefully. This 22 m2 studio consists of a bay window giving access to the kitchen with everything you need, a bathroom with toilet, shower and sink, as well as a bedroom/living room area. Ideally located to discover all the tourist attractions of Ardèche. As residents on site, we like to welcome our guests ourselves.

The 45 m2 cottage where you will stay is attached to our main vacation home (which we will be absent from when you come to leave you all the outdoor terrace space). It is located close to the Ardèche River. The village of Lanas is very pleasant to stay in and we never tire of coming here as the setting is soothing and there are many activities (swimming, canoeing, hiking, remarkable natural sites, labeled villages...) No doubt you will feel good there!

Close to the sites of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, Balazuc, Ruoms and Vogüé , we offer an intimate cottage in a green setting, lulled by the cicadas. You will have access to the pool facing an unobstructed and lush view, the greenway of more than 50 km away less than 500m away and canoe rentals nearby. For your relaxation a game of badminton, darts and games are at your disposal. As well as the possibility of renting electric bikes on site.

The house is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of the old village of Vogüé, ranked among the Most Beautiful Villages of France and Villages de Caratère, in Southern Ardèche. River, beach, restaurants and bars are 50 meters away. Less than a kilometer away you can benefit from many local shops (grocery store, pharmacy, bakery, butcher, nougaterie, fruits and vegetables, hairdresser, tobacco-press etc.).

And if you spend your vacation in a village house away from prying eyes, you could relax in the sun in its small garden, go in flip-flops to swim in the river, go for a walk to the market in Vogüe on foot or by bike, go to discover Balazuc via the greenway and in the evening have an aperitif and enjoy the barbecue for dinner under the incredible starry sky of the Ardèche.

For nature lovers, hikes, the river or lovers at all you will be in the heart of the southern Ardèche in one of the most beautiful villages in France. Less than 30 minutes from a must-see tourist site such as the Cave du Pont d 'Arc, Gorge de l' Ardèche, Vallon Pont d 'Arc, Ruoms or Balazuc. But also an unspoiled site and less known as Rochecolombe, La beaume , Vernon.
