In the heart of the Auvergne volcanoes and lakes, 45 km from the slopes of the Sancy Superbesse Ski Resort, our Villa Saint Romain welcomes you in a green setting. Located just 15 minutes from Clermont Ferrand, in the pretty wine village of Mirefleurs, our house offers a magnificent view of the Chaîne des Puys. Dominated by Puy St Romain, the villa is the starting point for many hiking trails. Equipped with a swimming pool, its cozy exterior will allow you to enjoy a chill out area.

Small house near highway exit, adjoining my property 2 km from Chatel-guyon in a small village of Auvergne, upstairs 2 bedrooms with dressing room. On the ground floor, kitchen open to living room, sofa bed, bathroom, terrace. Sauna 10 euros for 30 min up to 4 people. Swimming pool 2 hours for guests staying 1 night and 4 hours for guests staying more than 1 night, schedules to be defined on arrival. Located about 30 minutes from Clermont-Ferrand, 40 minutes from Vichy.

Classement meublé de tourisme*** Le hameau, très au calme, bénéficie d'une très belle vue sur les volcans d'Auvergne. De la fenêtre de la pièce principale , en contre-bas vue sur le joli village de Sauxillanges et à l'horizon, sur la chaîne des volcans. De l'autre côté, la terrasse donne sur un grand pré et, au loin, des bois de sapins. Cadre naturel préservé.

Two-person apartment – with pool

Apartment on the ground floor of the owners' house, independent entrance, located three kilometers from the village, unobstructed view of the peaks of Cantal, very quiet location. The kitchen is equipped (fridge, induction stove, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave oven). The pool is available on sunny days (the pool is not heated). Pets are allowed but the property is not fenced and I provide a plaid for the sofa if necessary.

If you like calm, tranquility and nature, our cottage is for you. We do our best to make your stay pleasant with the pool which is private to the cottage and accessible in summer from 10am to 7pm. We are close to Brioude with its magnificent basilica and painting exhibitions, 2 km from the highway with access in 45 minutes to the Cantal mountains or to the Auvergne volcano range, the Puy de Dôme. As well as 1 hour from Puy-en-Velay.

It is conveniently located both quietly in a subdivision of a pretty village and close to Issoire, easy to access because not far from exit 15 of the A75. Perfect as a stopover for travelers or as a love nest to visit our beautiful region.
