New and cozy apartment, ideal for 2 to 4 travellers on a business trip or getaway in the Grenoble region. Quietly located, it is a 10-minute walk from the train station and about 30 minutes from the ski resorts. The apartment is accessible by a staircase and offers two double bedrooms, including a mezzanine bedroom accessible by stairs (caution for young children). We offer you for rent a part of our carefully renovated house. It sits in the heart of a typical Savoyard village with panoramic views of the La Chartreuse massif. All shops and restaurants are steps away from the house. The Rivieralp leisure centre with its ecological swimming area is a 3-minute walk away. Free parking is right next to the accommodation, we have a private courtyard for motorcycles. Breakfast on request for an additional charge of 8 euros.

Chartreuse wooden house

Welcome to La Pequina! My father and brother built this little Chartreuse wooden house last year. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room open to the kitchen and a very large terrace. There is no one opposite, the view overlooks Chamechaude, the highest mountain in Chartreuse, on one side and the Charmant-Som on the other. In summer you will find nice walks, in winter you will enjoy cross-country skiing, sledding and beginner slopes.
