This worker's cottage and "architectural folly" is located in a great neighborhood near shopping, Allianz Field, freeway access, and short driving distance to Concordia University, Macalester College, St. Thomas and St. Catherine University.

It also comes with a free parking spot back in the ally. There is a private tattoo studio on the upper level of the suite, you will hear walking noise periodically 10-5 Monday to Friday.
