We had an absolutely wonderful 4-night stay at this Airbnb studio! From the moment we arrived. It was the perfect size for the two of us, cozy yet spacious enough to feel completely at home. The studio had all the utilities and amenities we needed. One of the highlights was the balcony, it offered the most serene and peaceful view. We spent so much time out there, and it was the ideal spot for taking tons of pictures. The location was exactly what we were hoping for – a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of London, yet still right in the heart of the city center. This meant we had everything at our doorstep, from coffee shops for breakfast to fancy restaurants for dinner. We were especially happy to find so many halal dining options nearby, which made our experience even better. If I had to mention one small suggestion, it would be the mirror situation. A full-length mirror would definitely make a huge difference, especially for anyone like me who loves to do makeup.

This is our 3rd stay here and it’s just perfect for us about 500 yards from our son’s family home. It’s clean, light and warm with a comfy sofa and bed and an excellent kitchenette. The shower room is excellent and there’s French doors from the living room into the garden with a table and chairs outside on a private patio. Excellent place to stay. We couldn’t get the football match on we wanted and messaged Colette and Phil was round in 2 minutes to sort it out. We even support the same team 😊

We stayed at Abbots Park House for one week as a family of four and we all absolutely loved it. The neighbourhood is beautiful - sophisticated, peaceful, and quiet. Safe off-road parking was a rare bonus. We appreciated being far away from the hustle and bustle of Central London and enjoying great public transport connections at the same time (35 min. by train from Petts Wood or Orpington). We felt very much at home and enjoyed the comfort of the place. Jenny was a very attentive host, easy to talk to and quick to respond. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.
